Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on developing and maintaining a strong 'core', utilising all your abdominal muscles including the pelvic floor and deep stabilising muscles. A stable central core is essential for maintaining correct posture, good control and balance of your whole body and being. When performed regularly, Pilates positively changes and enhances your body and its correct use and application will change your understanding, awareness and appreciation of your body.


The medical world is increasingly becoming more aware of the benefits of Pilates for the prevention and rehabilitation of long-term and persistent injuries.


Pilates suits all ages and fitness levels and can be particularly beneficial for those with back and neck pain, poor posture, sports injuries, arthritis, stress-related illnesses and even during pregnancy.



£60 per 6 consecutive week block course (to attend one session per week)

£50 for individual private sessions


Please wear comfortable clothing which does not restrict movement in any way.

Mats, head blocks, bands and small equipment will be provided in all classes.

You are welcome to join at any time as your 6-week block begins from the first class you attend.


In order to secure a place on a course you will need to pay for the course upfront and in full.

I am unable to secure a place without full payment.  


Places will be secured on a first-come first-served basis.  

Payment can be made by cash, card or online.


Please note:  Courses are run subject to demand.  Class numbers will be limited.  There will be a minimum number of participants required to make the class viable.


As costs remain fixed and classes are run over 6 consecutive weeks, it is regrettable that I am unable to offer refunds due to change of personal circumstance, resulting in inability to attend booked classes.  I am also unable to 'freeze' blocks due to client illness, holidays, etc. and any missed days cannot be carried over or refunded.


If the instructor is unable to run a class due to  his/her personal circumstance, you will be offered a refund for the cancelled class; or an extension to your 6-week block.

Classes are ongoing and there is no specific "start" date as such.

Motion for Life Pilates classes are currently being held in various venues in Windlesham and Sunningdale.  Please check the Class Schedule below for current class times and venues.

If you find that the class you were hoping to join is fully booked, please contact me to be placed on the waiting list.  There is constant movement in the classes and we will contact you as soon as a space becomes available.
